This section is by far, the most misused one by people and/or their companies. We could sit and write here so much things that in praxis do not exist. We have all seen that, survived or went thru similar.
Not our way. We know and we can much better than that.
Company, imagined and „designed“ by few individuals that believed in power of human approach and power of team work ethics, powered and pushed forward up by one family that sought such an idealism, support and belief from those individuals. We all have made one strong foundation, and we came up to conclusion even in these hard times, which by far are in 2020. That conclusion has been given a name, Pantech Group d.o.o.,
a company oriented towards each employee, each great individual making a better team which provides and produces success.
Having all that said, our goal is not to have 100 employees. Our goal is to have 100 working men and woman, who are satisfied with work, with company, who are respecting our views, ideals and ideas. Who are respecting each and every employee within, who will follow the company politics and ethics.
No director, owner, office employee is bigger or more important than any other employee in this company.
